Hollar's Old Maps: the City of London (1667). An exact survey of the streets, lanes and churches contained within the ravines of the City of London. Originally entitled, Hollar's 'Exact' Surveigh' of the City of London, 1667. This Old Maps: the City of London was created by the Czek cartographer Wenceslaus Hollar (Bohemian, 1607-1677) for a pulication by John Leake, William Leybourne and four others, to show the extent of the area devastated by the Great Fire of London 1666. The top left corner shows an illustration / drawing of the Great Fire of London, 1666.
